Email info@toreso.com. Include the product name or TRS catalogue reference, your intended use, quantity and delivery location. Do not include payment details or other sensitive information.
A catalogue page is not an order confirmation. Specification, supplier model, stock, price, delivery and return terms must be agreed before ordering.
For desiccants and moisture protection
Identify the packed product or cargo, enclosure dimensions, barrier material, storage or shipping period and expected conditions. State whether the job is a small sealed pack, product enclosure or freight container.
Request the current grade-specific data sheet, safety information, sachet or unit format, quantity recommendation and handling instructions. Do not select a sachet count from a product name alone.
For wrapping, storage and closures
Share the item's dimensions and weight, packet opening or container size, material, access routine and handling route. For a parcel, include the outer pack and fragile surfaces; for travel storage, include filled space and any pump requirement.
Request the supplied model, usable dimensions, materials, compatibility and care instructions. Where relevant, ask for product-specific food-contact, temperature, leak or protection evidence.
Before committing to an order
Review the specification and any samples, then confirm quantity, price, delivery charges, lead time and return conditions. Proposed catalogue entries remain unverified until an actual supplied item and its documents are confirmed.
